Online Payment

Cash on Delivery – UAE

• Eligibility:The Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option is available for orders valued between 200 AED and 1000 AED.

Serviceable Locations:

COD orders will only be processed if your delivery location is within our serviceable areas. (Note: COD is available only for customers in the UAE. We reserve the right to refuse COD for certain orders at our discretion.)

Order Confirmation:

Before dispatch, our care team will reach out to you to confirm your order. We will try to reach you twice for confirmation; failure to respond may lead to the cancellation of your order without prior notification.

Post-Dispatch:

Once an order is dispatched, requests for modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated. For more details on cancellation, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Payment Method:

Payment for COD orders must be made in cash at the time of delivery. Other payment methods such as Demand Drafts, Cheques, E-Gift Vouchers, store credit, or foreign currency are not accepted for COD orders.

Failed Delivery:

If the parcel is undeliverable after reasonable delivery attempts, the customer’s account may be assessed and potentially restricted from placing further COD orders.

Refusal to Pay and Accept Delivery:

Acceptable reasons for refusal include wrong or damaged products being delivered. Please contact our Customer Care Team immediately to arrange for a return and correction.

Refusal for reasons such as incorrect product claims or a change of mind will be considered a violation of our COD terms. We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who breach our terms of use.

Generic Information:

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all customers of Brewing Gadgets except where prohibited by law or any specific policy of promotion & offer. Employees of Brewing Gadgets & its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Offer & Promotion.
2. Promotional Period: Every offer & promotion will run under define period. The extension or early closer of offer & promotion is completely company discretion without any pre public notification.   All entries must be received during the Promotional Period.
3. How to Participate: Participation process in every offer and promotion is defined in respective offer & promotion. e.g., making a purchase amount, entering a code, etc.. No other methods of entry will be accepted. In case no specific terms and condition defined for offer then general information guidelines will be applicable for same.
4. Offers and Discounts: Specific details of the offer or discount, including what is included, such as percentage off or specific items on sale, minimum purchase amounts, and how the discount will be applied at checkout. No two offers/promotions/campaign can be clubbed/benefits can be clubbed in any of circumstances.
5. Limitations: The offer & promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 6. Return and Exchange: Goods and Services purchased during offer period are not eligible for any return and exchange. In case of any manufacturing defect, company qualified technical representative will review the product and take final call whether it’s a manufacturing defect or not. In case customer has purchased the goods and services from defected/seconds/liquidation product sales then no manufacturing defect claim will be applicable and acceptable.

Conditions: Brewing Gadgets General Trading LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Brewing Gadgets’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Brewing Gadgets in its sole discretion.
8. Prizes: Details of any prizes or incentives offered, eligibility to win, selectionand announcement of winners, delivery of prizes, and any conditions or limitations on prize redemption is going to available in offer specific terms and conditions. In case no clarity is available for specific offer then customer are requested to write at care@brewinggadgets.com and take the clarity before participation and notify the gap.

Data Protection: By entering the promotion, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your promotion entry. Brewing Gadgets may also use this information to send future promotional materials; however, you may opt-out of receiving such communications as outlined in Brewing Gadget’s privacy policy.
10. Disputes: This Promotion is governed by the laws of UAE, Dubai without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Dubai having jurisdiction. All such claims needs to raise within the offer period and in extreme cases within 7 days of promotion/offer/campaign closer.
11. Miscellaneous: Additional terms including how to claim the promotion, how the discount applies to items, and other specific information pertinent to the operation and integrity of the promotion will be available in specific campaign section. After 7 days of promotion/offer/campaign over company will remove the t&c’s of closed promotion/offer/campaign details to better utilize the digital space and make new promotion/ offer/ campaign information available for customers.

Campaign Abandon Cart :

1. 1. Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively to customers who receive a discount coupon directly from Brewing Gadgets.
   2. Promotion Period; The Promotion begins on 22nd Nov 2023 and ends on 20th April 2024.
   3. Product Categories: The offer is applicable to select product categories only.
   4. Coupon Validity: The coupon is valid for 7 days from the date it is issued, as recorded in the Brewing Gadgets system.
   5. Usage: The coupon code can be used only once and is tied to the recipient’s provided email address.
   6. Redemption: To redeem the offer, customers must enter the coupon code at the time of checkout.
   7. Returns: Items purchased using this coupon are not eligible for returns.

   9. No Offer Clubbing : The discount coupon of 5% cannot be in conjunction with any other offer/promotion.
